How do I qualify for a reward?

Think of it like being the 10th customer, except Brumby Pay keeps recognising milestones over and over again.
If you make an eligible payment that’s paid in full and on time, it may count toward:
 • Your own personal milestone count (for example, every 10th payment you make); and/or
 • The nationwide milestone count across all Brumby Pay users.
Eligible payments can include:
 • Invoices or bills paid with a Brumby Pay reference number (including those paid using a Brumby Pay app-linked card); and
 • In-store or online payments made with a card linked to the Brumby Pay app.
If your payment happens to be the one that hits a predefined milestone, the system automatically issues the reward, no action required.

Question 2

Do I get a reward every time I pay, or only sometimes?

Accepted Answer

Only sometimes. Rewards are issued at set milestones, not on every payment.
Some milestones are nationwide (for example, every 1,000th eligible payment across all users), and others are individual (for example, every 7th or 10th payment you make).
If your paid-in-full, on-time payment happens to meet a predefined milestone, the system issues the reward automatically. Otherwise, no reward is issued for that payment.

Do rewards depend on how much I spend or how often I pay?

This isn’t a complex loyalty program or a points system. It’s a payment tracker processed via Brumby Pay. Every eligible payment is treated equally, and rewards are not based on how much you pay. A $50 invoice has just as much chance of landing on a reward milestone as a $500 one.

What kind of rewards do I get and are they guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

Rewards are issued once a milestone is hit, no luck, no lotteries.
The payer who makes the milestone payment gets a real reward, such as an eGift card or digital voucher, issued instantly after the payment clears. There’s no chance-based system, no random draws, and no uncertainty. If your payment hits the milestone, the reward is yours.

Do I lose anything by using Brumby Pay, or are there extra fees or delays?

Accepted Answer

If you're a payer, there are no added fees, no delays, and no obligations. If you're a creditor using Brumby Pay, the only fee you pay is a small commission and only when a payment is made. There's no subscription and no onboarding cost.
