Reward Policy
Overview:
Brumby Pay rewards positive payment behaviour through a transparent, auditable, and compliance-first milestone system. This document explains how those milestones work, how they are determined, and what you can expect.
What Is a Milestone?
A milestone is a platform-wide threshold based on the number of successfully paid invoices processed through Brumby Pay, nationwide, by all users. When a specific invoice number is reached (e.g. the 5th, 100th, 5,000th payment), the payer of that invoice automatically receives a reward.
What Rewards?:
Rewards may include fixed-value eGift cards from approved merchants (e.g. Coles, Bunnings, Woolworths etc)
All rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and issued by Brumby Finance Pty Ltd after payment in-full has been completed. Reward merchants are selected to align with our compliance framework and sector restrictions. Rewards are delivered by Brumby Finance Pty Ltd and not by the business that issued the invoice.
How Milestones Work:
System-Wide: Milestones apply to the total number of invoices paid across the Brumby Pay platform.
-
Fixed & Immutable: Milestone triggers are set in advance and cannot be changed or influenced by users.
-
Post-Payment: Rewards are only issued after a payment is cleared. There is no pre-payment promise or incentive.
-
Deterministic: There is no chance, no randomness, and no entry. Rewards are issued purely based on order of cleared payments.
Why This Matters:
This approach ensures:
-
No inducement: You are never promised a reward before payment.
-
No gambling or chance: Our system doesn’t run draws, raffles, or lucky dips.
-
No manipulation: Users cannot influence when milestones occur.
Who Gets a Reward?:
Any payer (business or individual) who pays an invoice in full using Brumby Pay may receive a reward if their payment hits a milestone. If your payment is not the milestone-triggering one, no reward is issued.
How Rewards Are Determined:
Brumby may issue rewards at the following invoice milestones:
Examples:
-
5th invoice (e.g., 5th, 10th, 15th, and so on)
-
100th invoice (e.g., 100th, 200th, 300th, and so on)
-
500th invoice (e.g., 500th, 1,000th, 1,500th, and so on)

Current Milestone Rewards (as of 13th September 2025):
Brumby Pay issues milestone-based rewards on a deterministic, auditable basis, triggered only after an invoice is paid in full and cleared with the creditor. The milestone numbers below are fixed in advance, apply platform-wide, and will be updated publicly as required. Milestones are not random, discretionary, or influenced by invoice value, payer identity, or creditor/payer behaviour (with the exception being that all payments must be made prior invoice / bill due date).
We operate multiple reward tiers based on paid-in-full and on time, nationwide, invoice volume thresholds:
Kickstart Milestone
Reward Type: eGift Card
Value Range: $5 – $20 AUD
Description:
Kickstart rewards are issued at frequent, pre-defined payment intervals (every 7th paid-in-full transaction). Rewards are issued at fixed, platform-wide payment intervals, where reward value may scale incrementally across each cycle and reset at defined volumes, triggered only by on-time, paid-in-full transactions; all milestones are immutable, independently auditable, and never subject to chance.
Example: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, 35th, 42nd, 49th - Reset and start count again.
Momentum Milestone
Reward Type: Medium Value eGift Card
Value Range: $20 – 250 AUD
Description:
Momentum rewards are triggered by mid-range invoice thresholds (every 476th paid-in-full transaction). Rewards are issued at fixed, platform-wide payment intervals, where reward value may scale incrementally across each cycle and reset at defined volumes, triggered only by on-time, paid-in-full transactions; all milestones are immutable, independently auditable, and never subject to chance.
Example: 476th, 952nd, 1,428th, 1,904th, 2,380th, 2,856th - Reset and start count again.
Brumby Boost Milestone
Reward Type: Larger Value eGift Card
Value Range: $100 –$1,000 AUD
Description:
Brumby Boost rewards are triggered at major platform payment milestones (every 2,367th paid-in-full transaction). Rewards are issued at fixed, platform-wide payment intervals, where reward value may scale incrementally across each cycle and reset at defined volumes, triggered only by on-time, paid-in-full transactions; all milestones are immutable, independently auditable, and never subject to chance.
Example: 2,367th, 4,734th, 7,101st, 9,468th - Reset and start count again.
